Amendment of the Direct Payments Regulation21.
(1)
The Direct Payment Regulation is amended as follows.
(2)
In Article 5A, in paragraph 4 for “Articles 47 and 51” substitute “Article 51”.
(3)
In Article 22, in paragraph 2—
(a)
omit “47 and”;
(b)
omit from “That increase may not exceed 3%” to the end of the paragraph.
