Coming into operation

The Department for Infrastructure1, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(1), 18(5), 30(2) and 56(2) of the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) Order 20082 and now vested in it3.

In accordance with section 16(3) of that Act the Department has taken into consideration recommendations made by the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.
