The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 91(6ZA) to (6ZC), 97F(5A) to (5C), 177(2) and (3) and 178(1) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19931 and now vested in it2.
