Citation and interpretation1.

This Order may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.
(2)
In this Order—
“the Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 2021;
“the 2005 Order” means the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20052;
“the Regulator” means the Pensions Regulator.
