The Postal Administration Rules (Northern Ireland) 2021

The Department of Justice makes the following Rules in the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 359 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 19891 and subsections 73(3) and (4) of the Postal Services Act 20112, with the concurrence of the Department for the Economy3 and in relation to those Rules that affect court procedure, with the concurrence of the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, under Article 359(1A)4 of that Order.
