13.—(1) If the court makes a postal administration order, it shall forthwith send two sealed copies of the order to the person who made the application.
(2) The applicant shall send a sealed copy of the order forthwith to the person appointed as postal administrator.
(3) If the court makes an order under section 71(1)(d) of the 2011 Act or any other order under section 71(1)(f) of the 2011 Act, it shall give directions as to the persons to whom, and how, notice of that order is to be given.
