interpretation</heading><num>1.</num><paragraph eId="regulation-1-1"><num>(1)</num><content><p>These Regulations may be cited as the Business Tenancies (Coronavirus) (Restriction on Forfeiture: Relevant Period) (Northern Ireland) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 29th September 2021.</p></content></paragraph><paragraph eId="regulation-1-2"><num>(2)</num><content><p>The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00002" marker="2"><p><ref eId="c00002" href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/apni/1954/33">1954 c. 33 (N.I.)</ref></p></authorialNote> applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.</p></content></paragraph></hcontainer><hcontainer name="regulation" eId="regulation-2"><heading>Extension of “relevant period”</heading><num>2.</num><content><p>For the purposes of the definition of the relevant period in section 83(7) of the Coronavirus Act 2020, the relevant period ends on 25th March 2022.</p></content></hcontainer><hcontainer name="regulation" eId="regulation-3"><heading>Revocation</heading><num>3.</num><content><p>The Business Tenancies (Coronavirus) (Restriction on Forfeiture: Relevant Period) (Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Regulations 2021<authorialNote class="footnote" eId="f00003" marker="3"><p><ref eId="c00003"
