They also make consequential amendments to the Register of Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (“the 2005 Regulations”) to prescribe additional “registrable information” for the purposes of Articles 55 to 60 of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (“the 2005 Order”). 2021 No. 246 Made 9th September 2021 Coming into operation 1st October 2021 The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 109(1)(d) and 177(2) to (4) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993, and now vested in it, and Articles 55(2)(h), 224(4)(c), 225(5)(c) and 287(3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005. 1993 c. 49; section 109(1) was amended by section 48(1) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000 (c. 4 (N.I.))
