The Department for Communities1 makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 2(2) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20152.
The Powers are exercisable by the Department by virtue of Article 2 the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 (Cessation of Transitory Provision) Order 20203.
