Coming into operation
The Department for Communities makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(m) and (q), 165(1) and (4) to (6) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19921 and now vested in it2 and sections 15(1) and 60(2), (4) and (7) of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 20163.
