The Department for Communities 1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 27(2) and 48(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 4(1), (3)(a) and (4) of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20152 and now vested in it3.
