The Further Education (Student Support) (Eligibility) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021

The Department for the Economy1 in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3(1), 3(2) and 8(4) of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 19982, paragraph 1(1) and (3) of Schedule 2 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20183 and section 14(1), (2) and (3) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 20204 makes the following Regulations.
