The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 3(1)(b) of the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 19911 and section 138(2)(b) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, and now vested in it3.
