The Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1, with the approval of the Minister of Finance, makes the following Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and 2 of the Agriculture (Temporary Assistance) Act (Northern Ireland) 19542.
