The Crown Court Rules Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52(1) and 53A of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 19781, section 49 of the Crime (International Co-Operation) Act 20032 and section 11(1) of the Crime (Overseas Production Orders) Act 20193.
