5. In regulation 1(2)—
(1) omit the definition of “EATL”; and
(2) at the appropriate place insert ““tourist accommodation” means a bed and breakfast establishment, hotel, bunkhouse, hostel, guest accommodation, self-catering establishment or guest house.”.
