2. The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 (1) are amended in accordance with these Regulations.
(a)In regulation 1(2), in the definition of “educational activity”, for subparagraph (f) substitute-
“(f)a provider in receipt of grant funding from the Education Authority to deliver youth activities for persons aged 4 to 25 years in an informal setting;”.
(b)In regulation 5(1)(d), after “in this regulation” insert “and in regulation 17”.
(c)In regulation 17(3)(b), for “household or a bubble” substitute “household, a bubble or a party seated at the same table in accordance with regulation 5(1)(d)”.
