Citation and commencement 1 This Order may be cited as the Damages (Personal Injury) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 and shall come into operation on 31st May 2021. Rate of return 2 The rate of return referred to in section 1(1) of the Damages Act 1996 shall be minus 1.75 per cent.
