27.  In Article 41(2) in the definition of “regulated person”—

(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (a); and

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) for the semi-colon substitute “;or” and add—

“(c) a regional co-ordination centre;”.
