Amendments to regulation 4

4.  In regulation 4 (requirement to self-isolate)—

(a) omit paragraph (1A);

(b) in paragraph (3)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a), for “,(c) or (d)” substitute “or (c)”;

(ii) omit sub-paragraph (d);

(c) in paragraph (6)(c), for “(d)” substitute “(c)”;

(d) in paragraph (7) omit the words “Where P is a person described in paragraph (1),”;

(e) omit paragraph (7A);

(f) in paragraph (12), for “Subject to paragraph (13), if” substitute “If”;

(g) omit paragraph (13).
