2.—(1) The Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) are amended as follows:
(2) In regulation 5A (temporary relaxation of pre-application community consultation requirements during Coronavirus emergency period)(2)—
(a)in paragraph (3) for the “30th September 2020” substitute “31st March 2021”;
(b)omit paragraph (4).
