15th May 2019 is the appointed day for the coming into force of paragraph 53 (universal credit amendments: insertion of section 4(1A) into the 2002 Act) of Schedule 2 to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015, and Article 37 of that Order in so far as it relates to that paragraph.
