Amendment of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

8.—(1) The Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 10 (capital to be disregarded) in paragraph 18(2) after “United Kingdom” add—

“and includes armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011(2)”.
