When placing a product on the market, an importer shall ensure that it is accompanied by instructions and safety information in a language which can be easily understood by end-users in the F1relevant state in which the product is to be made available.

Where the F2relevant state referred to in paragraph (1) is F3Northern Ireland, the language referred to in that paragraph shall be English.
