Citation, commencement and effect

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Practitioners (Recognised Professional Bodies) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017 and shall come into operation on the 11^th January 2017.

(2) This Order has effect from 11^th January 2017.
