The Department may, in the case of a person from whom an amount is recoverable under regulation 8, recover the outstanding amount (subject to regulation 9(1)(c)) by means of deduction made by the person’s employer from the person’s earnings.

Schedule 2 makes further provision for the purposes of this regulation.
