The Air Quality Standards (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, being a Department designated1 for the purposes of Section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to measures relating to the environment, makes these regulations in exercise of the power conferred upon it by that section.
