Citation and commencement 1 These Regulations may be cited as the State Pension (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 6th April 2016, immediately after the coming into operation of the State Pension Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015. Amendment of the State Pension Regulations 2 After Part 1 of the State Pension Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (general) insert— PART1AFull rate of State Pension Full rate of state pension 1A The full rate of the state pension for the purposes of section 3(1) of the Act (full rate of state pension) is £155.65 per week. . Section 3(1) of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015, the enabling power under which these Regulations are made, was brought into operation on 25th February 2016 for the purposes of authorising the making of Regulations by the Pensions (2015 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016 (S.R. 2016 No. 68 (C. 4)).
