Provisions coming into operation on 19th September 2016 for regulation-making purposes

2.  19th September 2016 is the appointed day for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the 2016 Act—

(a) section 1 (power for Department to increase rates reduction provided under Article 31 of the 1977 Order in certain cases); and

(b) section 3 (window displays not to constitute occupation under the 1977 Order in certain cases),

for the purposes of making regulations.
