Shortening of the date from which a claim may be treated as made N.I.

4.  In regulation 81(12A) (time and manner in which claims are to be made)(1) of the Housing Benefit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) for “6 months” substitute “1 month”.
