The following Regulations are revoked—

the Notification of Marketing of Food for Particular Nutritional Uses Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 M1;

Regulations 26 and 27 of the Infant Formula and Follow on Formula Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 M2; and
c
The Food for Particular Nutritional Uses (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 M3.
