Evidence for establishing conflict related injury condition17
Evidence that the conflict related injury condition is met can only be submitted if it is in the form of a report from—
a
a member of the Police Service of Northern Ireland,
b
a health care professional within the meaning of section 11C(6) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007 M1, or
c
a body providing services and support to victims and survivors which is in receipt of a grant under Article 10 of the Victims and Survivors (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 M2.
