This Order brings sections 77 to 81 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 (c.9 (N.I.)) into operation on 1st July 2016.

Sections 77 to 81 make a number of amendments to the Juries (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, in particular by removing the upper age limit for jurors and by updating the lists of those who are disqualified for, ineligible for, or excusable as of right from jury service.
