Provisions coming into force on 1st June 2016

2.—(1) The following provisions of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 come into force on 1st June 2016.

(2) In Part 3 (working-age benefits)—

(a) in Chapter 1 (jobseeker’s allowance)—

(i) Articles 51 and 52, for the purpose of making regulations;

(ii) in Schedule 7, paragraph 3, for the purpose of making regulations;

(b) in Chapter 2 (employment and support allowance), Article 62.

(3) In Part 4 (other benefit changes)—

(a) Article 70(3) and (4);

(b) Article 72(1) and (2), for the purpose of making regulations.
