Amendment of the Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations40

The Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015168 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 25 (disregards from income – certain welfare and other allowances, payments etc.) after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

personal independence payment paid under Part 5 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015;
