Coming into operation in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles, 5, 7(2), 9(2), (3), (5) to (7), 9(5)(a), 10, 11(1) and (3), 12(2) and (3), 13(3), 14(2) and (3), 15(2) to (5), 16(3) to (5), 17, 19(5), 20(2), 22(3) and (4), 23(3) and (5), 24(2)(d), (3) and (4), 25(1), 27(2), 29(1), (7) and (8), 30, 31(2)(a), (6) and (8), 32(4), (5), (9), 33, 36, 38, 43(3) to (7), 45(3)(a), 46, 48 and 101 of, and paragraphs 1,2, 3(2), 4, 5 and 7 of Schedule 1 and paragraphs 2 and 3 of Schedule 5 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015(1).

Those powers are exercisable by the Secretary of State by virtue of Article 4(1)(a) of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.
