Coming into operation-
31st March 2016
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2016.
2. The Disabled Persons (Badge for Motor Vehicles) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993(4) is amended by the substitution of the words “1st April 2017” for the words “1st April 2016” where they appear in Regulation 3 and in the Schedule to those Regulations.

These Regulations amend the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 by changing the date when a new form of badge comes into effect from 1st April 2016 to 1st April 2017.
