EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order:
brings into force provisions of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 relating to requirements to consider revising a decision before appeal, and
amends the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2016 in respect of provision relating to employment and support allowance.
