The first of these is Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management. Article 83 of that Regulation requires Northern Ireland to implement preparatory transitional measures to facilitate full implementation of and full compliance with that Regulation by 31December 2017.
