The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Licensing of Pavement Cafés Act (Northern Ireland) 2014(1).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing of Pavement Cafés Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.

Appointed Day

2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Licensing of Pavement Cafés Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 is 1^st October 2016
