This reflects the consequent revised roles and responsibilities of planning authorities and statutory consultees in the development management process of the planning system. 2 For Schedule 3 to the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 substitute the Schedule 3 set out in the Schedule.
