In paragraph 3(5)(b) of Schedule 2 (the Commissioner for Children and Young People for Northern Ireland) to the Commissioner for Children and Young People (Northern Ireland) Order 200321 after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or had a debt relief order made against him or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order ”.
