Annual rate of pensions payable to an eligible child under this scheme when a transition member dies in service with accrued benefits in the NFPS27

This paragraph applies in relation to a transition member with continuity of service who is a connected member of the NFPS or a connected special member of the NFPS—

a

who dies as an active member of this scheme; and

b

whose period of qualifying service is at least 3 months.

Pensions for an eligible child are not payable under the NFPS in respect of that member.
