The Income Support (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 198721 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “the benefit Acts”22 for “ and Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act” substitute “, Part 1 of the Welfare Reform Act and Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.

In paragraph 12(1)(c)23 (additional condition for the Higher Pensioner and Disability Premiums) of Schedule 2 (applicable amounts) after “that Act” insert “or a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.
