In regulation 43(1) (flat rate) of the Child Support Maintenance Calculation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 201297—
(a)
at the end of sub-paragraph (g) omit “and”;
(b)
after sub-paragraph (h) insert—
“; and
(i)
a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.”.
