The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(2), (3) and (5), 15(2), 19(1), 20, 30(1) and (2), 56(1) and 57(1) of the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 M1.
