In regulation 1(2) of the Administration Regulations (interpretation) in the definition of “relevant multi-employer scheme”M1—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (a) insert “ or ”;

(b)

at the end of paragraph (b) omit “or”;

(c)

omit paragraph (c).
