The Criminal Justice (2013 Act) (Commencement No.5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015

The Department of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(3) of the Criminal Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2013 1 and, in accordance with section 13(5) of that Act with the approval of the First Minister and deputy First Minister acting jointly, and following a request from the Chief Constable, and after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, makes the following Order:
