Citation, commencement and interpretation 1 1 These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Amount of Fixed Penalty) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and shall come into operation on 6th July 2015. 2 In these Regulations “the 2011 Act” means the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011. Amount of fixed penalty 2 The amount prescribed for the purposes of— a section 153(9) of the 2011 Act is £2,000; and b section 154(9) of the 2011 Act is £300.
