Decisions against which no appeal lies5

No appeal lies to an appeal panel against a decision, made by or on behalf of the Director, set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

In paragraph (1) and the Schedule, “decision” includes determinations embodied in or necessary to a decision.

An appeal brought against a decision specified in paragraph (1) may be struck out in accordance with regulation 22.
